Demon-Tailored Plushie (3.5e Template)
From D&D Wiki
Every so often, a Plushie seeking to improve itself will seek out a demonic craftsman to reinforce its fragile body. Demon-Tailored plushies usually appear similar to their previous form, but with a few decidely different changes, often including patches of reddish or dark skin sewn in, or gaping maws stiched somewhere on their body.
Creating a Demon-Tailored Plushie
“Demon-Tailored” is an acquired template that can be added to any Plushie of nongood alignment (referred to hereafter as the base creature).
A Demon-Tailored creature uses all the base creature’s statistics and abilities except as noted here.
Size and Type
A Demon-Tailored plushie gains a number of bite attacks equal to 1/2 its Constitution modifier (rounded down) that deal 1d6 points of damage; these attacks take a -5 penalty to attack and adds only 1/2 the plushie's Strength bonus to attack and damage rolls. A plushie grappling an opponent may make a bite attack as a free action.
A Demon-Tailored plushie retains all the special attacks of the base creature and also gains the following qualities.
- Empowered Go Boom: Demon-Tailored plushies add their Charisma modifier to damage dealt with their Go Boom ability. This is arcane damage.
- Inflict Minor Wounds: A Demon-Tailored plushie may use Inflict Minor Wounds as a spell-like ability. Using this uses up their use of Prestigitation.
A Demon-Tailored plushie retains all the special qualities of the base creature and also gains the following qualities.
- Acid Resistance: Demon-Tailored plushies have Acid Resistance 10.
