DeepWave Vents[edit]
The DeepWave Vents are incredibly dangerous to go near, as they are filled with deadly creatures and the superheated water near the vents. When going within 15 feet of the vents, the character takes 1d8 fire damage and rolls a DC 5 Dexterity saving throw. On a fail, the character alerts a Magma Dweller of their location. Besides the obvious threat of Magma Dwellers, there are also Lave Snails, DeepWave Maws, and DeepWave Drakes. The Vents are easily accessible, but no one dares to go down there in fear of the powerful creatures and intense heat.
