The DeepWave skimmer is a peaceful herbivore that resides in the DeepWave glades, eating common seagrasses, as well as its favorite food, emerka roots. Emerka roots are an easy-to-find vegetable within the DeepWave glades and are quite delicious. There are many small villages within the glades that often farm emerka, and some are even famous for their exceptional crop. The skimmer looks like a sort of ray, but they have strong teeth for eating emerka, which are hidden either by their lips or their food.
