Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Decarabia is a great marquis of hell, commanding thirty legions. He is knowledgeable in the magics of root and stone, can transform into birds, and control them. He appears as a pentagram star surrounded by wings.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Songbird Marquis. You know the minor illusion cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the speak with animals spell an unlimited number of times with this trait, but you can only target birds with it. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the animal messenger spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Bird Call. You have proficiency with the Performance skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice.
