You perform a nimble dance, your blade dancing and spinning, slicing your foe and inspiring your allies.

Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Charisma modifier damage. In addition, each adjacent ally gains a +2 power bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
