From D&D Wiki
- Infect/Curse of Lycanthropy spell.
School Necromancy[curse]+transmutation.[[Category:Necromancy[curse]+transmutation. School]] [Infect/Curse of Lycanthropy.]; Level Wizard/sorcerer 7, cleric 7, druid 6.
Casting Time a one hour ritual needs to be performed where the caster sacrifices a soulcoin or a worthy living sacrifice before this spell can be prepared, afterwards/finally takes at least a standard action to cast.
Components V, S, M.
Range Touch, target one humanoid/race.
Duration Permanent.
Saving Throw Yes Will.; Spell Resistance Yes.
Infects Curse of Lycanthropy (chosen beast/animal) on a single target humanoid/race. Material components: Moon rock worth 3000 gp to 5000 gp, diamond worth 3000 gp to 5000 gp, moonstone worth 500 gp, rare red/blood moon flowers or moon spider lily flowers worth 300 gp, blood from chosen animal/beast or blood from an existing lycanthrope can be used (The varied material component costs are because some animals/beasts are more rare and much more dangerous/powerful than others). This spell/curse must be cast on a/the chosen target during a full moon or blood moon. This spell can be upcasted. Also terms, conditions, geas and magic contracts can be permanently added to the curse during the ritual (to create and add fail-safes and precautions but cannot be used to enslave the target nor rob the target of its free will). Once the target have shifted/transformed at least once then this curse becomes irreversibly permanent and connot be undone/broken with the remove curse spell nor the remove curse greater spell. A wish or miracle spell can break/undo this curse but only if the cursed target wants it removed. Note: Using the blood of an awakened beast/animal guarantees control over the curse for the owner of the curse. This is an extremely rare spell. P.S would be easier just to use divination to locate an NPC that is your chosen lycanthrope type and have them nibble on your PC. This spell can also be used in DnD 3.5 and 5e.
