Cunning Weapon [General]

Use Intelligence instead of Strength or Dexterity for attack and damage with finesse and ranged weapons.
Prerequisite: Int 16, Str 12
Benefit: With a light weapon, rapier, whip, or other weapon that qualifies for Weapon Finesse, made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Intelligence modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack and damage rolls. When making Ranged Attacks, you may use your Intelligence modifier instead of your Dexterity modifier for attack rolls. Additionally, when using a composite longbow with a Strength rating, you may apply your Intelligence modifier to damage instead of your Strength modifier. This benefit does not apply to crossbows or firearms.
Special: To apply your Intelligence modifier to damage with a composite bow, you must meet at least half the required Strength to draw the bow. For example, a character with 18 Intelligence and 14 Strength can draw a composite longbow (+4 Strength rating) and apply their full Intelligence modifier to damage. For composite bows with variable Strength ratings, you only need one-third of the required Strength to benefit from this feat. For example, a rogue with 12 Strength and 16 Intelligence may use a composite longbow (+3 Strength rating) and add their full Intelligence modifier to the damage roll.
