This page is of questionable balance. Reason: 5 ASI. 45 base walking speed blows 1sst party races out of the water. Having fewer traits doesn't mean the others should be overpowered to compensate. Physical Description

Ctalln look like bipedal red pandas, usually with an instrument.

Ctalln Names

Male: Any

Female: Any

Ctalln Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 3. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
Age. Mature around 13, live up to 90.
Alignment. Chaotic or Neutral, Neutral or Good.
Size. Ctalln somewhat vary in height and build, from 2'4" to 3'1" tall. Your size is Small.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 45 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Flurry of Claws. As an attack action, you swipe rapidly with your claws making an unarmed strike that deals an additional 2d4 slashing damage. You must finish a long rest to use this trait again.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common.
