Duration: | Instantaneous |
Saving Throw: | Fortitude partial, Reflex negates |
Spell Resistance: | No |
Upon casting this spell, a 10ft. square of the casters' choosing is subject to extreme gravity. Creatures and objects inside this area are subject to a Fortitude saving throw or die instantly. Creatures and objects who make this save are subject to 10d6 untyped damage. Creatures caught in this area of Gargantuan size or larger do not immediately die, but are dealt 20d6 points of untyped damage, Fortitude save for half. This also effects flying creatures, as the effect extends into the atmosphere. To counterbalance the area of high gravity, an area of low gravity occurs surrounding it. In a 20ft. radius outside of the 10ft. crushing effect, creatures and objects are pulled sharply upwards for a brief moment. Creatures in this area must make a Reflex save or fall prone; there is no fall damage. Creatures of Gargantuan size or larger are immune to this effect unless flying. Flying creatures in this area must also make a Reflex save or lose control and begin to fall. Appropriate fall damage applies. This effect also extends into the atmosphere. Creatures operating under the effects of magical flight are not subject to the low gravity effect. This spell can be used to cancel the effects of a reverse gravity spell.
Material Component: A sliver of magnetized adamantine.
