Creative Planes of Myth (Endhaven Supplement)

This plane is the origin of all creatures and beings magical. This creative plane is rife with magical life. There are far more creatures than is easily explainable, as this world actually breeds magical life.
The Plane of Myth is deeply connected to both the written and spoken word. It is here that words have the most power.
- Mildly Mythic
- Dragons, fey, giants, and magical beasts gain an addition +1 to hit, damage, saving throws, caster level, ability and spell DCs, and hit dice.
- Any spell or power without Verbal components take one additional action to cast.
- The DR of constructs is halved.
The inhabitants have a healthy respect for creatures of magic. Their magic tends towards sorcery. The fey are frequently encountered by those who live here.
- Moderately Mythic
- Dragons, fey, giants, and magical beasts gain an addition +2 to hit, damage, saving throws, caster level, ability and spell DCs, and hit dice.
- Any spell or power without Verbal components takes a full-round action to cast, with the effects appearing on the next round, just as if it were a summoning spell.
- Constructs lose all DR.
Any people who live here are strongly of fey blood. Sorcerers and bards abound. Everyone is careful with their words and see oaths and promises as law.
- Strongly Mythic
- Dragons, fey, giants, and magical beasts gain an addition +3 to hit, damage, saving throws, caster level, ability and spell DCs, and hit dice.
- Any spell or power without Verbal components takes a full-round action to cast, with the effects appearing on the next round, just as if it were a summoning spell. In addition, the spell is cast at 1/2 caster level.
- Constructs lose all DR and spell resistance.
People do not live here unless they are kidnapped. These are the lands of the most powerful fey. Giants and dragons abound.
