You can craft wands that exceed the normal limits for such items.

Prerequisite: Craft Wand, Knowledge (arcana) 28 ranks, Spellcraft 28 ranks

Benefit: You can now craft wands that hold 9th level or lower spells

Normal: Wands you create can only hold 4th or lower spells
