The following are additional options for the Circle of Stars Druid.

Infinite Possibilities[edit]

If you choose to use these additional starry forms, you must pick three from either the original options, or the ones presented here. You can replace any starry forms you have with another whenever you gain a level in Druid.

Starry Form[edit]

Cancer. A constellation of an armored crab appears on you. You can add your Wisdom modifier to your AC.

Crown. A constellation of a regal crown appears on you. Whenever you cast a spell using a spell slot that restores hit points to a creature, you or another creature within 30ft of you can gain 1d6 inspiration. A creature can only have one of these inspiration dice at a time and it disappears after 1 minute.

Leo. A constellation of a fearsome lion appears on you. When you activate this form, and as a bonus action on your subsequent turns while it lasts, you can make a melee spell attack, biting your enemies. On a hit, the attack deals piercing damage equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.

North Star. The brilliant North Star appears on you. You can cast 1st level spells you have prepared without expending a spell slot.

Pegasus. A constellation of a soaring pegasus appears on you. Your walking speed increases by 10ft and opportunity attacks have disadvantage against you.

Primordial Dragon. A constellation of an ancient dragon appears on you. When you activate this form, choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. While you remain in this form you have resistance to the chosen type. In addition, when you activate this form, and as a bonus action on your subsequent turns while it lasts, you can exude a breath weapon in a 15ft cone. Each creature in the cone must succeed a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d8 + half your Druid level in which type of damage this form is granting you resistance, or half as much on a success.

Phoenix. A constellation of the immortal phoenix appears on you. At the start of your turn, you regain a number of Hit Points equal to your Wisdom modifier if you have less than half your maximum Hit Point. Additionally, the first time you would drop to 0 Hit Points after a long rest you can instead drop to 1.

Scales. A constellation of balancing scales appears on you. When an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw is made with advantage or disadvantage within 30ft of you, you can use your reaction to make it a straight roll instead.

Scorpion. A constellation of a deadly scorpion appears on you. When you activate this form, and as a bonus action on your subsequent turns while it lasts, you can make a melee spell attack, stinging your enemies with a magical poison. On a hit, the attack deals poison damage equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.

Taurus. A constellation of a stalwart bull appears on you. If you would be moved against your will, you can use your reaction to stay stationary.

Warrior. A constellation of a mighty warrior appears on you. When you activate this form, Shillelagh is automatically cast on an eligible weapon you are holding, and an astral shield appears in your off hand if it is free. Both of these benefits last until you drop your Starry form.

Unicorn. A constellation of a legendary unicorn appears on you. When you cast a spell that deals radiant damage, you can choose one creature within 30ft (including yourself) to regain Hit Points equal to 1d4 + your Wisdom modifier.

Ursa. A constellation of a protective bear appears on you. Attack rolls against allies within 5ft of you have disadvantage.

Twinkling Constellations[edit]

Cancer. Any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit.

Crown. The inspiration die becomes 1d10 and they have advantage on their next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.

Leo. When you hit with your bite, the target is automatically grappled.

North Star. You can cast 2nd level spells you have prepared without expending a spell slot.

Pegasus. You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed, and your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Primordial Dragon. While in this form you have resistance to acid, cold, fire, lightning, and poison damage. Additionally, you may choose any of the previously mentioned damage types for your breath weapon each time you exude it.

Phoenix. When a creature touches you or hits you with a melee attack, you can choose to deal 1d8 fire damage to them. Additionally, if you use the phoenix form ability to drop to 1 Hit Point, you can instead regain a number of Hit Points equal to twice your Druid level.

Scales. You can use your reaction to impose advantage or disadvantage to an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw within 30ft of you.

Scorpion. The attack has a range of 10ft and creatures hit by it must succeed a Constitution saving throw, or be poisoned until the start of your next turn.

Taurus. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon or spell attack, you can force it to make a Strength saving throw. They are pushed 15ft straight back on a failure or stay stationary on a success. Additionally, if they are pushed back and collide with an object or creature, they both take 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 5ft they moved.

Warrior. Your astral shield becomes a +1 and you can attack twice, instead of once, when you take the Attack action on your turn. You ignore this benefit if you already have a feature, like Extra Attack, that gives you extra attacks.

Unicorn. Whenever a creature attacks you, you can use your reaction to force the attacker to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the attacker cancels their attack and forgoes any more attacks they would make with that action. On a success, the attacker ignores this effect.

Ursa. When an ally within 5ft of you is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to take the hit instead and have resistance to the damage of that attack.
