Heroic Feats[edit]
Flag Bearer's Wiles [Color Bearer]
Instead of pure agility and reflexes protecting you, you're able to use your deceptive wit to keep yourself alive
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Cha 15
Benefit: Instead of Intelligence or Dexterity adding in to your light armor AC ability score, you may use Charisma
Flag Bearer's Grip [Color Bearer]
While some may find such elongated weapon grips unwieldy, your training has made them easier for you to hold and use.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Str 15
Benefit: You may wield an otherwise two handed spear or staff one handed. It is not treated as a versatile weapon, and you get no bonuses associated with versatile weapons when using this feat and wielding a two handed spear or staff in two hands. Treat the weapon normally.
Charismatic Bearer [Color Bearer]
Sometimes deception and manipulation are good things to be versed in. You have learned how to deploy trickery to do the job of brute force.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer
Benefit: For any Color Bearer power, you may use Charisma Modifier in the stead of Strength Modifier for damage rolls.
Bearer's Hafted Defense [Color Bearer]
Even without a shield, a well trained Color Bearer is not without his defenses.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer
Benefit: While wielding a staff or spear weapon, you gain +1 shield bonus to AC and Reflex.
Flag and Shield [Color Bearer]
With Flag and Shield in hand, you offer better protection to your allies.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Blue Standard feature
Benefit: For all Blue Standard special effects, increase the size of any die rolled by 1 size.
Special: Must be wielding a shield and a spear or staff weapon for the benefit to take place.
Flag and Sword [Color Bearer]
With Flag and Sword in hand, you lead your comrades to bathe in the blood of your foes.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Red Standard feature
Benefit: For all Red Standard special effects, increase the size of any die rolled by 1 size.
Special: Must be wielding a short sword in your offhand and a spear or staff weapon for the benefit to take place.
Mighty Flag [Color Bearer]
Holding only the flag above you, you are a guiding force for your allies.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Gold Standard feature
Benefit: For all Gold Standard special effects, increase the size of any die rolled by 1 size.
Special: Must be wielding either a two handed staff or spear weapon, or a one handed staff or spear weapon and nothing in the offhand ( no shield nor weapon ).
Paragon Feats[edit]
Palette Swap [Color Bearer]
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Level 11
Benefit: You may once per encounter use the effect of a different standard than your chosen one, instead of your own.
Improved Flag and Shield [Color Bearer]
With Flag and Shield in hand, you offer incredible protection to your allies.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Level 11, Flag and Shield
Benefit: For all Blue Standard special effects, increase the size of any die rolled by 1 size further.
Special: Must be wielding a shield and a spear or staff weapon for the benefit to take place.
Improved Flag and Sword [Color Bearer]
With Flag and Sword in hand, cut through enemy hordes leading your allies to victory.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Level 11, Flag and Sword
Benefit: For all Red Standard special effects, increase the size of any die rolled by 1 size further.
Special: Must be wielding a short sword in your offhand and a spear or staff weapon for the benefit to take place.
Improved Mighty Flag [Color Bearer]
Holding only the flag above you, you are an almighty guiding force for your allies.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, Level 11, Mighty Flag
Benefit: For all Gold Standard special effects, increase the size of any die rolled by 1 size further.
Special: Must be wielding either a two handed staff or spear weapon, or a one handed staff or spear weapon and nothing in the offhand ( no shield nor weapon ).
Epic Feats[edit]
Master at Flags [Color Bearer]
Few come close to the rallying force of your flag bearing.
Prerequisite: Color Bearer, level 21
Benefit: Increase the die size for any roll made due to a special effect because of your chosen standard, by one size. This feat stacks with any other increases done through feats.
Multi-class Feats[edit]
Take Up the Flag [Multi-Class]
You add to your repertoire the skill and usage of flags to spur on your allies.
Prerequisite: 13 Cha
Benefit: Gain proficiency in Military Spears. Choose a level 1 At-Will power from the Color Bearer list, gain that as an Encounter power. Gain the Invigorating Flag At-Will power as an Encounter power, you may use it twice per encounter but only once per round.
