College of Osu (5e Subclass)
From D&D Wiki
College Of Osu[edit]
Bard Subclass
The college of Osu is a college built on extremely fast and hyperactive movements, much like how one has to frenetically dance on a DDR pad or tap at a million keys per minute to get the highest combo with no breaks. "Good" is not enough. you have to be "great" or higher. Bards of the college of Osu can look a bit like a drug addict, with twitchy tells and tics due to their anticipation of incoming cues. They like to act fast and impulsively, because if you don't hit the key, you miss the note.
- Additional Proficiencies
Due to your almost abnormal hand-eye coordination, you have above-normal sensory and mobility of your dactyls. You gain proficiency in the Sleight of Hand and Perception skills.
- New Beginnings
At 3rd level, you have begun your path of mastering Osu, a fighting style of extreme dexterity and fast notions. Once per turn when you are wielding a light weapon you gain advantage to a attack made with it.
- PP Farming
At 3rd level, your song of rest is altered into a different variant. Whenever you use the song of rest class feature, the song sounds more fast-paced. Any ally that hears it gains bardic inspiration in addition to the song's normal effects. Additionally, this inspiration stacks with existing inspiration, so a creature can have up to 2 bardic inspiration at a time if the source of one is via this feature.
- Fast and Cunning
Upon reaching 6th level your movements are becoming hard to comprehend from the sheer speed. You can use the sorcerer's metamagic, quickened spell option, a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus halved (Rounded Down to a minimum of one). You regain use of this feature after you finish a long rest.
- Manic Reflex
You have awareness of when a foe or enemy might pop up and you're able to react to events without hesitation. Starting at 14th level, you gain advantage on initiative and perception rolls. Along with that, you gain expertise in the Perception skill.
- Centipede (Alternate Feature.)
Unlike a normal college, you gain one more technique that you can opt to have instead of your level 20 bard feature. This ability awakens your instincts. As an action, you can give yourself the benefits of the haste spell for 1 minute. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, regaining all use after you finish a long rest. When under the effects of the haste spell you still have to concentrate on it as if you had casted it.
