Circle of the Pack[edit]

Druid Subclass

Circle of the pack druids are know to be terrifying defenders of thier homes and have been rumored to have small armies of pack members. These druids link with the animals of thier forests to live in harmony.

Pack Creation

Beginning at 2nd level, willing beasts and animals equal in number to your Wisdom modifier that take a short or long rest with you can form a pack with each other and you. These creatures can be a max challenge rating equal to your Wild Shape Challenge Rating.

Pack Mentality

Starting at 2nd level, you and creatures that join your pack gain pack tactics and gain a telepathic bond allowing you to use a bonus actions to give the creatures orders as a whole. Whenever you gain the Ability Score Improvement class feature, your pack members' abilities also improve. Your pack members can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or they can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, your pack members can’t increase an ability score above 20 using this feature unless its description specifies otherwise.

Pack Growth

Starting at 6th level, members of your pack have their abilities and game statistics determined in part by your level. Your pack members use your proficiency bonus rather than their own. In addition to the areas where they normally use their proficiency bonus, pack members also add half their proficiency bonus to their AC and to their damage rolls.

Your pack members gain proficiency in one skill of your choice. They also become proficient with 2 saving throws.

For every other level you gain after 6th, your pack members gain an additional hit die and increases their hit points accordingly.

Fury of the Pack

Starting at 10th level,  when a pack member dies other members gain advantage on attack rolls against the creature who killed it and gain an ac advantage equal to their proficiency bonus if attacked by the killer.

Druidic Pack Bonding

Starting at 14th level, if in the wild you can call members to your pack and increases the following: •Pack limit is equal to your wisdom modifier plus your proficiency bonus.

• Pack companions add their proficiency bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, and their ac.

• They gain proficiency in all saving throws, gain two more skill proficiencies, and add your wisdom modifier to 3 ability scores this raises the max ability score max to 24.

• Pack companions gain double their current hit points and hit dice.

• When taking a short or long rest members will join your pack willingly from the wild.
