Chosen of the Gods[edit]
Your destiny was set before you were born; the Gods have plans for you...
Class: Paladin and Paladin Variants
Level: 1st
Replaces: If you select this class feature, you lose the Smite class ability.
Benefit: You gain the ability to use a granted power from one of your Deity's domains, or just chosen as a cleric with no deity.
You may use any granted power from any domain so long as those domains fall under the jurisdiction of your Deity, or do not oppose your alignment (you can't, for example, be a Paladin of Honor but have access to the power granted by the Evil domain, but you COULD be a paladin of honor and use the power from the Good domain). Once you choose this Domain, it cannot be changed. In addition, you gain a second Domain at tenth level.
