Chaos Magic
When you hit with an attack, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn. When you miss with an attack, you gain a -1 penalty to your attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
Prerequisite: Demon Hunter (4e Class), Sorcerer or Fel Orc (4e Race)
Benefit: You wield wildly chaotic arcane powers. At times, you are using your sheer will to manipulate the unbridled chaos of the world. When you hit with an attack, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn. When you miss with an attack, you gain a -1 penalty to your attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
