ACTIONS

Multiattack. The drake makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Chaos Breath (Recharge 5-6). The drake exhales a 30-foot cone of raw chaos. Each creature in the area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 44 (8d10) damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Roll a d8 to determine the damage type of the drake's breath: 1, acid; 2, cold; 3, fire; 4, force; 5, lightning; 6, poison; 7, psychic; 8, thunder.

Chaos drakes are dragon-like creatures hailing from the more chaotic planes. They are without exception dangerously unpredictable and completely mad. Their scales are a dark blackish-green in color, and they glow from within with the multicolored glow of seething chaos.
