Chancellor[edit]

NOT DONE PLEASE IGNORE I'M NO WHERE NEAR DONE A Chancellor is a leader of a city who unites the city for what he/she feels needs done. This can include major projects, war, or complete reform. They lead armies from the front and speak loud and proud.

Making a Chancellor[edit]

Abilities: <-description of most important attributes for this class->. A chancellor can use a variety of ability scores depending what they do. All use Charisma, since diplomacy is their main skill. A general may need Constitution and Strength, while others may need Intelligence or Wisdom. Dexterity is good, as going first can allow them to rally their troops.

Races: Most chancellors are of the same race they are leading, with Half-Elves being able to lead humans and elves effectively.

Alignment: Most chancellors are Lawful. Lawful good seek to cleanse their society and make them pure. Lawful Neutral seek to make their society run efficiently while keeping everyone happy. Lawful Evil normally trick their people into rallying for the wrong cause, or rallying an evil group for their cause, or rally them for a goal that helps their ulterior motives.

Starting Gold: 10d12x4. Chancellors are wealthy and tend to be descended from wealth.

Starting Age: As wizard

Class Features[edit]

Chancellors pick 1 of 2 paths. One focuses on building a general, the other builds a peoples leaders. At level 1, choose Of the Army or Of the People. All of the following are class features of the Chancellor.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Chancellor of the Army gets proficiency with all armor, and all simple and martial weapons. Chancellor of the People gets proficiency with light armor, simple weapons, and 1 martial weapon.

Inspiring Presence (Ex): At level 1, a Chancellor of the Army gives a +1 to the attack rolls of allies around him. All allies within 50ft during combat that can see him get a +1 to all attack rolls.

Inspiring Project (Ex): At level 1, a Chancellor of the People rallies the members of their home city to start a project. The Chancellor owes 400 gold to pay over the course of 6 months. When it is complete, the Chancellor gets support in the city. This support helps rally the people when he runs for office. If the player runs for office within 2 years of the completion, they get 10% more votes than they would have.

Rally Cry (Ex): At level 3, a Chancellor of the Army can give a rally cry to his allies. They get a +2 morale boost to damage rolls and saving throws.
