Callous Variant
You are naturally insensitive to others' feelings, sometimes outright trampling or snubbing them
Effect: You cannot grant nonmagical morale bonuses.
Roleplaying Ideas: Your ham-handed attitude inspires violence and division instead of teamwork among your platoon of soldiers. They don't feel anyone hears or wants to address their grievances, and so their emotions turn inward.
