You are madman, you will do anything to gain power and truly wish and only want to run this world
Skill Proficiencies: persuasion, deception.
Tool Proficiencies: forger's tools
Languages: two languages spoken by humanoids that have a currency (preferably rich one's)
Equipment: 50 GP a business suit, a briefcase that holds money, contracts, ect
