The brutish overseer has advantage on opportunity attacks. Additionally, when the cruel overseer uses its reaction to perform an opportunity attack, it may do so again without needing to use a reaction until its next turn. Ward. Attacks against the brutish overseer have disadvantage if it is within 5 ft. of a creature subordinate to it. ACTIONS Multiattack. The brutish overseer makes two attacks with its bullwhip. Bullwhip. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage.

In the shadows of the black market, cruelty is a hot commodity. The best of the best need the worst of the worst to protect their ill-earned gains or keep their human stock in check. This particular overseer is a veteran amongst the fringes of society, and may be placed in charge of larger operations or tasked with violently hunting down any intruders.
