Dragons are creatures of primordial power, wielding magic from the dawn of creation, exemplified by their mighty breath weapons. Torrents of fire and furious lightning lay waste to entire towns and kill scores of the dragon's enemies, though exposure to such primal energies can have at times unpredictable results, transforming the victim into a breathscarred. Some dragons deliberately cultivate the ability to create breathscarred, particularly those with knowledge of necromancy. Breathed into Existence. As part of their creation, breathscarred are forever entwined with the element of the breath which killed them, which grants them a breath weapon of their own and grants them total immunity to that element, to the point that attacking them with it only invigorates them. A breathscarred's breath weapon cannot create other breathscarred. Variant: Breathscarred Damage TypesThe breathscarred represented here was created by a red dragon.
