Breath of Relief (3.5e Ki Techniques)
From D&D Wiki
Breath of Relief[edit]
By spending 5 ki points, as a standard action, you breath out a wave of force that extends from you up to 5 feet (1,5 meters). Anyone caught in the blast must resist a bull rush attempt. You add your Wisdom modifier to this check. Anyone failing the check is subjected to the normal effects of bull rush and takes damage equal to your unarmed strike damage + your Wisdom modifier, as non-lethal damage. Anyone resisting it may not bull rush you in return and takes half that damage. Flying creatures take a -3 to this check.
By spending additional points you may increase the area of effect of 5 feet (1,5 meters) per point spent, up to 25 feet (7,5 meters).
While exerting the maximum force (reaching 25 feet-7,5 meters of area) anyone failing to resist the bull rush attempt must also resist a trip attempt with the same conditions. Flying creatures may not be tripped in this way.
After using this technique you gain the effects of the spell freedom of breath[1] for one minute. Multiple uses don't stack.
You have to wait one round between multiple uses of this technique.
This counts as a supernatural ability.
