Bouncing fungi are rare mushrooms found underground, sometimes in the Underdark, where they are preyed upon by many creatures for they taste delicious. They can leap unusually far, and though they rarely stay still, they appear nearly identical to the many other varieties of fungi.

Variant: Bioluminescent Bouncing Fungi

Some bouncing fungi are bioluminescent. Such a bouncing fungus has the following trait.
Illumination. The fungus sheds dim light in a 15-foot radius.
