Amorphous. The ooze can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

False Appearance. While the ooze remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a pool of ale.

ACTIONS

Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage plus 5 (2d4) acid damage.


Found in taverns across the world, booze oozes live inside casks of ale and mead to drink the contents before moving on to another one. The oozes are quite protective of the casks they choose to inhabit and if disturbed will use any means to drive away the intruders, starting with flattery before moving on to threats and eventually violence, reaching pseudopods out from the barrel.
Still, some tavern owners have reached agreements with their booze oozes, using them as mascots for the price of some of their drinks. An amber liquid can be harvested from a booze ooze's body which can be used to make alcohol or imbibed directly and is said to have a different taste depending on what the ooze drank previously.
