A boomerang is a curved throwing stick that can be thrown from a distance or used in melee combat. Unlike returning boomerangs, combat boomerangs are not designed to return to the wielder when thrown and are intended to be used as club if the situation demands it. A combat boomerang does not have an elliptical orbit when thrown; it travels in a straight line. When the combat boomerang is used in melee, add the user's Strength modifier to damage rolls. Thrown attacks have no damage modifier.
