Underwater Camouflage. The blood morpher has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made while underwater.

ACTIONS

Absorb. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) necrotic damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 10). Until this grapple ends, the blood morpher can't absorb another target.

Engulf. The blood morpher engulfs a Medium or smaller creature grappled by it. The engulfed target is blinded, restrained, and unable to breathe, and it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the start of each of the blood morpher's turns or take 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. If the blood morpher moves, the engulfed target moves with it. The blood morpher can have only one creature engulfed at a time.


The blood morphers live within the waters of the "Lunar's Hunt" within the Abyss, ruled by Lunar Stalker. They live within blood lakes that occupy this region.
