Death Burst. When the blazen soul dies, it explodes in a burst of fire. Each creature within 5 feet of it must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7 (3d4) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

ACTIONS

Flaming touch. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (2d4) fire damage.


A blazen soul is a screaming and sentient ball of fire, that is the burning husk of what once was the soul of a humanoid, being unable to move on the soul has smoldered into a malicious elemental spirit.
