The Bladebow is a bow that has blades on the ends and around the grip for close combat. It fires arrows as any other bow would. If an enemy is standing in melee range the wielder can choose to use the Bow as a blade or shoot an arrow. Switching is a free action although you cannot switch damage modes if there is not an enemy with in melee range. To switch weapons, simply rotate in the hand. You are able to add your strength modifier to ranged attack damage with the bow (see composite bow).
