Use luck points to alter dice rolls

Prerequisite:

Benefit: Can force an opponent to reroll a dice by spending 3 luck points or 1 luck point reroll 1 of your dice / gains 1 luck points + cha mod

Special: Each time you get a luck feat you get an extra luck point to add to your luck pool
