The Beetlepig is a creature that comes from the depths of dark forests, where fog merges with ancient tree roots and shadows hide the most unusual inhabitants. From the outside, it resembles a giant woodlouse, but if you look closely, you can see features in its monstrous shell that surprise even the most seasoned travelers. The carapace of this creature is light brown and covered with barely noticeable stripes that resemble ancient writings erased by time. Its many legs move in a strange rhythm, almost like a large, rough spider. However, its face is the most striking element. It resembles the muzzle of a pig, with wet, shiny eyes and a characteristic grunt that echoes throughout the forest. And in these eyes there is some inexpressible melancholy, as if this creature knows its fate and its life is a chain of eternal atonements. Blueberries are the only thing that makes him leave his abode in the shadow of the forest thickets. This delicacy is a kind of drug for beetlepig: at the sight of the berries, his drooling jaw begins to move, ready to swallow everything in its path. |
