Forms a communal telepathic bond between the caster and however many willing creatures he or she chooses to develop the spell for, who he or she is familiar with or can see directly or through magical means at the time of casting. Generally speaking, the casters contributing to the spell will also be the targets of the spell, or hired by one of the targets if they can not cast third level spells. All creatures in the communal bond can mentally communicate instantaneously with any or all other creature(s) in the bond regardless of languages spoken or distance from one another, until such a time that the original caster decides to dismiss the spell.
