Beastfolk, Wolves (Farytale) (3.5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Beastfolk, Wolves[edit]
They are part of the collective Beastfolk people under the Royal Reign of King Hadrian 'The Beast' Null, a Wolf Beastfolk.
Personality[edit]
Beastfolk in a general are a laidback, let life flow by type race. Most Wolves are kind hearted, but generally quiet creatures. They are silent observers and strong fighters. They don’t tend to beat around the bush and can be very blunt.
Physical Description[edit]
Wolves are usually taller than humans, and the heaviest of the rest of the Beastfolk, standing at 7-8 feet tall and weighing 200-275 pound of pure muscle. The Female tend to stand taller than the Males. Wolves are usually seen in shades of dark browns and blacks, rare would you find a white colored Wolf, but not impossible. Their hair is usually the same color as their fur, if not a bit darker. Their eyes are usually yellow, green, brown, or blue. They prefer comfortable but presentable clothes, especially during an adventure.
Relations[edit]
Wolves are very reclusive creatures, but fun and adventurous when you get to know them. Always quick with the sarcasm and powerful with bluntness, they seem to bring in the most unlikely friends. They can seem a bit daunting to get near at times and their looks can be frightening, but if you get past that, you’ll find it easy to talk to them. Many run at the mere sight of a Wolf, especially after the war was started.
Alignment[edit]
While it might not seem it, Wolves are very respectful of laws, and you’d find that they have the least amount of lawbreakers in the land. Usually Lawful.
Lands[edit]
They used to be found mainly in forests, but have, in recent years, moved to more urban settings, small towns and cities are their preferred place of residence now.
Religion[edit]
Wolves are not very religious. They rely on Law and Order. They might follow a god of order if they found one.
Language[edit]
All Beastfolk can speak Common, Feline, and Sylvan. Wolves are not the exemption. It isn’t hard for them to pick up languages. Wolves also speak Wolfen inherently, like their brethren the Fox Beastfolk.
Names[edit]
Wolves tend to choose names based on the culture around them, if they are living in a human village, they’ll get a human name.
