Soul of Weapons Master: Baitian deals additional damage die(s) with her weapons Soul Destroyer: Baitian deals extra 2d10 psychic damage to her spell damage and weapon damage. Fate's Blessing: Bai Tian is blessed by the divine forces of fate, allowing her to twist outcomes in her favor. She can add 1d4 to all saving throw she makes. Metamagic: Bai Tian Xian is a master of manipulating magic through metamagic options. She has access to the following Metamagic options, usable once per turn: Twinned Spell: When casting a spell that targets only one creature, Bai Tian can spend 1 sorcery point to target a second creature within range. Heightened Spell: When Bai Tian casts a spell that forces a creature to make a saving throw, she can spend 3 sorcery points to give one target disadvantage on the first saving throw made against the spell. Quickened Spell: Bai Tian can cast any spell that normally takes an action as a bonus action by spending 2 sorcery points. Extended Spell: Bai Tian can double the duration of a spell by spending 1 sorcery point, up to a maximum duration of 24 hours. Spellcasting: Baitian is a 20th level spellcaster, her spellcasting ability is Charisma [Spell Save DC 25. Spell Attacks +16[+2]]. She has the following spells prepared: At will [17-th level cantrips]: Sorcerous Burst, Fire Bolt, Green Flame Blade, Shocking Grasp, Chill Touch. 1st Level [4 slots]: Shield, Fog Cloud, Magic Missiles. 2nd Level [3 slots]: Mirror Image, Misty Step. 3rd Level [3 slots]: Slow, Counterspell, Fireball. 4th Level [3 slots]: Psychic Lance, Sickening Radiance, Greater Invisibility, 5th Level [3 slots]: Synaptic Static, Dominate Person, Wall of Force 6th Level [2 slots]: Eyebite, Sunbeam. 7th Level [2 slots]: Power Word: Pain, Prismatic Spray. 8th Level [1 slots]: Dominate Monster, Power Word: Stun 9th Level [1 slots]: Wish, Psychic Scream. ACTIONSMultiattacks: Baitian have unique weapons, she can switch weapons at the start of her turn. She makes four attacks with her weapons and she can replace any 2s of these attacks to cast a spell from her spellcasting list. Five Fire Fan(Ngũ Hỏa Thất Cầm Phiến): Ranged Weapon Attack, range 120ft, one target, +13[+3] to hit. Hit: [2d10 + 10[+3] fire damage + 2d10 psychic damage]. The target must succeed on a DC 25 Wisdom Saving Throw or take an additional 8d6 psychic damage and become dazed. If a creature fails this saving throw three times or more, it automatically fails all future saving throws against this weapon and takes 4d6 psychic damage at the start of its turn Peaceful Sword(Thanh Bình Kiếm): Melee Weapon Attack, reach 5ft, one target, +13[+3] to hit. Hit: [2d10 + 7[+3] + 4d8 radiant damage +2d10 psychic damage.] The target must succeed on a DC 25 Charisma Saving Throw or be charmed and unable to attack or cast harmful spells until the end of Bai Tian's next turn. If the target is an undead, fiend, or vulnerable to radiant damage, this attack becomes a critical hit. Ocean of Blood(Huyết Hải Thần Châm): Ranged Weapon Attack, range 150ft, one target, +13[+3] to hit. Hit: [2d8 + 7[+3] magical piercing damage +4d6 poison damage +2d10 psychic damage]. The target must succeed a DC 25 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. Celestial Vortex [Recharge 4-6]: Bai Tian creates a 40 ft. radius vortex at a location within 120 ft. Creatures must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC 25) or be pulled toward the center, taking 8d10 radiant damage. If success: take half damage, no pull. The vortex remains for 1 minute, dealing 4d10 radiant damage [no saving throw] to any creatures entering it. Fate Severance [Recharge 5-6]: Bai Tian severs the ties of fate for creatures within 60 ft. Each creature must make a Wisdom Saving Throw (DC 25). On a failure, they suffer disadvantage on all saving throws and cannot regain hit points until the start of Bai Tian’s next turn. On a success: they take 8d6 psychic damage. Storm of Feathers [Recharge 5-6]: Bai Tian releases a powerful storm of radiant and psychic feathers. Creatures in a 60-ft. cone must make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC 25). On a failure, they take 8d8 radiant damage and 8d8 psychic damage, and are blinded for 1 minute. On a success: take half damage, no blindness. They can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns. Tru Tiên Kiếm Trận [Recharge 6]: Bai Tian summons four divine swords with devastating power in a 300-ft. radius. These swords must be at least 10 ft. apart and affect an area with a 20-ft. radius. Each sword has a specific effect: Hãm Tiên: Creatures within the radius must make a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they are paralyzed; on a success, they take 8d10 psychic damage. At the start of their turn within the radius, they must repeat the saving throw or become incapacitated; on success, they take 8d6 psychic damage.
Lục Tiên: Creatures within the radius must make a DC 25 Strength saving throw. On a failure, they take 8d10 force damage and become vulnerable to slashing, piercing, bludgeoning, and force damage; on success, they take half damage. At the start of their turn within the radius, they must make a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw or become vulnerable to radiant damage until the start of their next turn. Tuyệt Tiên: Creatures within the radius must make a DC 25 Charisma saving throw. On a failure, they are charmed for 1 minute; on success, they take 8d6 psychic damage. Charmed creatures gain 1 level of exhaustion at the end of their turn and their speed becomes 0. If they start their turn within the radius, they gain another level of exhaustion. Non-charmed creatures entering the radius must make a DC 25 Charisma saving throw or use their action to attack or cast harmful spells against charmed creatures. REACTIONSEnthralling Counter: When a creature attacks Bai Tian within 60 ft, she can force them to make a Charisma Saving Throw (DC 25). On failure, they are charmed by her until the end of their next turn and cannot attack her. If success: take 4d8 psychic damage. Fate’s Reversal: Bai Tian can force one creature she can see within 60 ft to reroll one saving throw, attack roll, or ability check it had made, with disadvantage. If the creature fails, it takes 4d10 psychic damage and is charmed by Bai Tian until the end of her next turn. LEGENDARY ACTIONSThe can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. -Charge Attack [1 action] : Baitian takes dash action then uses her weapon attacks. -Blinding Plumage [1 Action]: Bai Tian spreads her brilliant peacock feathers. Creatures within 30 ft. must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 25) or be blinded until the end of their next turn. -Mesmerizing Song [2 Actions]: Bai Tian sings a haunting melody, affecting creatures within 60 ft. Those affected must succeed on a Charisma Saving Throw (DC 25) or be charmed for 1 minute. Charmed creatures take 2d10 psychic damage at the start of their turns. Charmed creatures can attempt the save at the end of each turn. -Phantasmal Flight [2 Actions]: Bai Tian teleports to a space within 120 ft. She leaves behind an illusionary duplicate that lasts until the end of her next turn. The duplicate has AC 15, 20 HP, and enemies must make a DC 20 Investigation check to see through it. -Fate’s Judgement [3 Actions]: Bai Tian unleashes the Fury of Fate. All creatures within 30 ft. must make a Charisma Saving Throw (DC 25) or take 10d10 force damage and become paralyzed for 1 minute. They can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns. |
