Your starry composition allows you to better escape danger while hindering those who pursue you.

Prerequisite: Cosmer, Level 11

Benefit: You gain backdoor as an encounter power.

Backdoor	Feat Power
Temporarily flickering like a star in the night, you slip through defenses and obstacles, leaving behind a cosmic cloud that disorients and slows those left behind.
Encounter
Immediate Interrupt	Personal
Trigger: You are targeted by a melee attack or must make a save against an attack.
Effect: Teleport 20 squares. Creatures within 3 squares of your previous location are slowed until the end of your next turn.
