While swallowed, the target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the baby tarrasque, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the baby tarrasque's turn.
The tarrasque may be the most feared creature in all of existence, but rarely, baby tarrasques are encountered. These youngsters are diminutive compared to their elders, though many of the traits that make an elder tarrasque such a deadly foe are all too present in the baby, but perhaps the most terrifying thing about a baby tarrasque is that it suggests that more than one tarrasque exists.
