Multiattack. The atrophus makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Servants of dark powers can perform horrible rituals to living humanoids that transform them into unspeakable horrors called atrophi. Atrophi have long arms that end in vicious talons that they use to rend the flesh of other beings, and fangs that can pierce flesh and armour alike. They smell of blood and rotten flesh, but despite their horrid and twisted appearances, they move at incredible—almost unnatural—speed.
