Ashwadahn (5e Subrace)
From D&D Wiki
Ashwadahn[edit]
The Ashwadahn are a sub-race of elves who are devoted followers of gods of undeath, granting their whole lineage the power of the undead, however, now they are but a traveling people.
Society and Culture[edit]
The Ashwadahn were named after the first follower of the gods of undeath, Asheri Nowudahn, leading their people they would go to practice ancient rituals and prayers for extended life even after death. Naturally gifted longevity or not, due to this they were outcasted by their own people and forced into hiding, skin growing ashy in color and eyes turning pure black they would soon slowly be gifted numerous things by the gods, eventually finding themselves powerful and courageous enough to finally free themselves of their underground prison and setting forth, their society is spread around but still rather concentrated, with Ahwadahn camps being made as well as some still living underground.
