Art Domain[edit]

Cleric Subclass

The arts is a word that encompasses more than most know. Practically anything can be considered an art, but what they all have in common is creation. Whether it be weapons, paintings, tools, or whatever else the imagination can conjure, making something tangible or viewable is what the arts are all about. Deities of the arts take pride in their followers for producing something that others can admire, and if there is a cause or goal behind the creation, all the better. The key to being a Cleric of the arts, is to always be working on something new and more grand than your previous creations, eventually working towards a magnum opus.

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill, and your choice of two Artisan's tools. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of those tools.

Flash of Inspiration

Starting at 1st level, you are extremely skilled in artistic creation. A number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus, you can perform the average use of any Artisan's Tools with which you are proficient, without requiring a roll.

Channel Divinity: Glorious Creation

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to create an incredible work of beauty. As an action, you can create a magic item of Rare quality or lower in your grasp. If the item requires attunement, you automatically attune to it, even if you are already attuned to three items. You must have seen the item in person to create it without issue. If you have not seen the item you wish to create, but have heard details, you must succeed a Performance check to create the item. The DC is determined based on how familiar you are with it. The item remains for 1 minute and disappears when time expires. You can consult with your DM about creating an item of your own design instead of one that already exists.

You can only have one item materialized at a time with this ability.

Channel Divinity: Uncanny Valley

Starting at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinity to create a mimicry of life. As an action, you can use any Artisan's Tool that you are proficient with to magically create an image or a sculpture of a creature you have seen in person before. If you have not seen the creature in person before, you must pass the same check as Glorious Creation. The creature you create cannot have had an Intelligence score higher than 4 and cannot have a CR higher than half your Cleric level (rounded down). Your creation uses the same stat block as it would normally, is friendly to you and your allies, obeys your verbal commands (no action required), and takes its turn immediately after yours in combat. Your creation remains for 1 minute and disappears when time expires. You can consult with your DM about creating a creature of your own design instead of one that already exists.

Alternatively, you can use this feature to cast any of the Summon spells without expending a spell slot or requiring concentration. If you do so, it must be at a level of which you can cast.

You can only have one creature brought to life at a time with this ability.

Potent Spellcasting

Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Visionary Masterpiece

At 17th level, your skills are only limited by your imagination. The magic item you create can be of Legendary quality or lower. In addition, the creature you create can have a maximum Intelligence score of 10.
