Animate Undead Horde creates 60d20+20 zombies, skeletons under the caster's command. It also gives 8d8 negative levels to anybody within the area of effect, turning each negative level into a Dread Wraith and also killing them as if under the effects of a slay living spell heightened to 10th level. The caster is immune to this effect as is any the caster designates, if the caster chooses to do so it requires a concentration to do so.
