Boreal Aura. A Constant Snowstorm is howling within 2 miles of an Alia Borealis that makes any longrange attack with projectiles impossible and forces any creature within 30ft. of the Alia Borealis to make a DC 24 Constitution Saving Throw on the start of their turns and take 15 cold damage on a failed save and have their movement speed reduced by 10ft.
until the start of their next turn. This snowstorm alse causes creature to be lightly obscured to creatures that are more that 10ft. away and heavily obscured when more than 20ft. away, a creature more than 30ft. away is no longer visible through normal vision.

Horrifying Appearance. A creature that is succesfully intimidated by the Alia Borealis is frightened until it can no longer see the source, the Alia Borealis also has a pasive intimidation of 22 on any creature that can see it.

ACTIONS

Multiattack The alia borealis makes two attacks with its claws.

Claw Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 119 (12d8 + 65) slashing damage + 76 (16d6+20) cold damage.

Antlers: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 250 (20d12 + 120) bludgeoning damage + 159 (22d8+60) cold damage.
