Planetouched Warrior[edit]

Fighter Subclass

You have become attuned to the essence of the Air elemental plane. Those who manage to form a bond with the spirit of their plane are gifted with the powers of the beings that inhabit them.

Planar Contract

Starting at 3rd level, you have formed a sort of bond with one of the four elemental planes. Choose Air, Fire, Earth, or Water. You will gain the features of that element at 3rd level and again at 7th, 10th, 15th, and 18th level. Once you choose an element, you cannot change elements at a later time.

Path of Air

At 3rd level, you can call upon the Plane of Air as a bonus action to give you the gift of flight. For the next hour, you have a fly speed equal to your walking speed. Once you use this feature, you cant use it again until you finish a long rest.

You can now also hold your breath indefinitely while you are not incapacitated.

Additionally you have resistance to lightning and thunder damage.

Windwalker

At 7th level, you move as graceful as the wind. Your base land speed is increased to 40 feet, if it is less, and you have advantage on Dexterity saving throws.

Skycutter

At 10th level, you learn to harness the wind and focus it on the sharp edges of your weapons. Once, as a bonus action, you may enchant your offenses to hone them for deadly efficiency. For 1 minute, your attacks with melee weapons and unarmed strikes that deal piercing and slashing damage ignore resistance to that damage and treat such immunity as resistance. Additionally those attacks deal an additional 1d6 piercing or slashing damage on a hit. You cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Blustering Critical

At 15th level you have enhanced your skills with the Plane of Air, and the wind grants power to your strikes. Your weapon now scores a critical hit on a roll of 19-20, and on a critical hit, you may push the target up to 20 feet in any direction.

Air Elementalist Master

At 18th level, you have mastered the elemental plane of air. As an action, you can use your bond with the plane of air and summon forth an Air Elemental for 1 hour. This elemental is friendly to you, and will follow your verbal commands to the best of its ability. It’s stats are the same as that in the monster manual, except its hit points increase by an amount equal to twice your fighter level. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
