Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Agares is a duke who rules over the eastern zone of Hell, and is served by 31 legions of demons. He has the power to make runaways come back and force those who stand still to run, as well as to destroy dignities. He appears as an old man riding a crocodile.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Duke of Motion. As a bonus action, you can manipulate the speed of a creature within 30 feet that you can see. You can either double that creature’s movement speeds until the start of your next turn, or force them to succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier), or halve their movement speeds until the start of your next turn.
Fleet. Your walking speed increases by 5 feet.
