Innate Spellcasting. The adherent's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: fire bolt, light
3/day each: burning hands, scorching ray
1/day: fireball

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The adherent makes two melee attacks.

Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage plus 2 (1d4) fire damage.

REACTIONS

Fire Link. When a creature within 30 feet of the adherent takes fire damage, the adherent regains 3 (1d6) hit points.

Adherents of fire are dedicated to the worship of fire and are often encountered among cults of elemental fire and temples of fire gods. Adherents wield fiery magic and are rejuvenated when nearby creatures are harmed by fire. Evil adherents sling their spells wildly, uncaring of whether their allies are caught in the conflagration, while good ones are more restrained with their magic.
