The Lightning Vortex lasts for 5 rounds, increasing its duration by 1 round for every upgrade made to it. At first this Lightning Vortex deals 3d4+1 per level per round, while in use the Shoulder Cannon and Gravity Well are both nonfunctional. At 10th level the damage is increased to 3d8+1 per level. At 15th level the Lightning Vortex is able to be directed at a speed of 15 feet per round. At 20th level the Lightning Vortex affixes to a target following them, if affixed to an ally the Lightning Vortex deals no damage to any of your allies.
