Your strikes cut deeper into any damaged foe whose current health is lower than your own.
Prerequisite: Lv. 11 Rogue, Str 16
Benefit: When dealing damage to a damaged foe with less hp than the rogue, deal an extra 1d10 damage. Not multiplied on crit
