Void Glide. The unelemental is not subject to gravity. It can move in any direction through any medium, disintegrating solid matter in its path.

Annihilation. A creature touches the unelemental takes 22 (4d10) force damage. Non-artifact weapons that hit the unelemental are destroyed after they deal their damage.

Entropic Mastery. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by force damage dealt by the unelemental, that creature is obliterated and can only be restored to life with a wish or true resurrection spell.

Third Death. When an unelemental is reduced to 0 hit points, it implodes. All creatures within 10 feet must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The unelemental makes two slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) force damage.

Void Gaze (1/Day). Each creature within 60 feet of the unelemental that can see it must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the creature becomes charmed for 1 minute. While charmed by the void gaze, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.
Each time the unelemental or the unelemental's companions do anything harmful to the target, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Otherwise, the effect lasts 1 minute or until the unelemental is destroyed, is on a different plane of existence than the target, or takes a bonus action to end the effect.

An unelemental is a semi-sentient manifestation of nothingness. Its body is a vaguely humanoid-shaped hole in reality that annihilates all matter that touches it. Merely seeing this blackness of infinite depth can transfix a creature, unable to tear its eyes away.
