Large elemental, neutral Armor Class 13 (natural armour)
Damage Resistances force; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks Void Glide. The unelemental is not subject to gravity. It can move in any direction through any medium, disintegrating solid matter in its path. Annihilation. A creature touches the unelemental takes 22 (4d10) force damage. Non-artifact weapons that hit the unelemental are destroyed after they deal their damage. Entropic Mastery. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by force damage dealt by the unelemental, that creature is obliterated and can only be restored to life with a wish or true resurrection spell. Third Death. When an unelemental is reduced to 0 hit points, it implodes. All creatures within 10 feet must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. ACTIONSMultiattack. The unelemental makes two slam attacks. Slam. Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) force damage. Void Gaze (1/Day). Each creature within 60 feet of the unelemental that can see it must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the creature becomes charmed for 1 minute. While charmed by the void gaze, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.

An unelemental is a semi-sentient manifestation of nothingness. Its body is a vaguely humanoid-shaped hole in reality that annihilates all matter that touches it. Merely seeing this blackness of infinite depth can transfix a creature, unable to tear its eyes away. |
