The greatest art has the strength to outlast even its creator.
—Heran, Changeling Artificer

The magic may fade but the beauty imbued in your creations will last for generations to come. By carving your runes into strong wood or metal, you ensure that they will last, and by mastering the art of the forge, you can create glyphs that will hold their magic eternally in steel.
