Psionic Bullet [Class]

Imbues bullets with psionic energy as well as manifests psionic energies within the body to increase effectiveness with a pistol or other type of gun.

Prerequisite: Psionic Fist Level 2

Benefit: Add your Cha mod to attack and damage rolls with guns, bullets also gain a DR penetration equal to your Cha mod. Do not use your Dex mod for attack rolls with this feat.

Normal: You use your Dex mod for attack rolls, there is no damage bonus or DR penetration for guns normally.
